Flash! - Taking over from convenience
Something that’s been starting to bug me is the use of flash for login screens. PureVolume started a few weeks ago when they recoded the site.
The thing I don’t like is that the browser can no longer auto-populate the fields so you have to type in username and password each time and then you have to click the button as opposed to hitting Enter.
Small annoyance but really, why the switch? The old way worked fine; better infact, at least from the user’s standpoint.
Holy crap…I’m typing in a flash window right now! The final annoyance is that the firefox spell check won’t work just when I need it most.
What can you do….?
